These summary terms cover use of AuditRelay during the pilot program. A formal agreement is available for organizations that require one.
Using the service
You may use AuditRelay to collect, organize, and deliver your organization’s security and compliance evidence. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the evidence you upload and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Your data
You retain ownership of the evidence and content you put into AuditRelay. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it in order to provide the service, as described in our Privacy page.
Pilot status
AuditRelay is an early-stage product offered on a pilot basis. Features may change, and we don’t claim any third-party certification. AuditRelay assists with organizing and delivering evidence; it does not replace your auditor’s review or provide legal or compliance advice.
Acceptable use
Don’t use AuditRelay to store unlawful content, attempt to access other organizations’ data, or disrupt the service.
