Account details (your name, email, and organization), the evidence and request data you create or upload, and basic product-usage events used to understand how the pilot is going. Usage events are stripped of secrets, tokens, filenames, and file contents before they are stored.

To operate the product for you: to organize your evidence, generate exports and share links you request, and improve the pilot. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your evidence to train models.

Your data is isolated to your organization and protected by the controls described on our Security page, including access-controlled storage and evidence hashing.

We rely on infrastructure providers (such as our database host and, when configured, object storage and email delivery) to run the service. During the pilot we’ll share the current list on request.

You can request a copy or deletion of your organization’s data at any time by emailing [email protected].
